Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Ansvela operates this website. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@ansvela.com.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, business type, phone number, email address (if given), and your message.
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies.
This policy covers this website only. Where we operate an assistant for a client business, the conversation data it handles is processed on that business's behalf under the service agreement and its data-processing terms, not under this policy.
3. How we use your information
We use the details you send us solely to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- discuss and, if you proceed, set up the service you have asked about.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where you go on to become a client, the performance of a contract.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Your enquiry details are transmitted through the service providers that host this website and deliver messages to our team, acting on our instructions. We share information beyond that only if required by law.
Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client — in which case your details are kept for the duration of our business relationship and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ansvela.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
